Come and work for us! We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our company that caters to our clients as both a job site and recruitment agency. This role focusses on strategic business development to drive growth and enhance our brand presence through engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for both job postings on the job site as well as vacancies to be filled within the relevant industries.
Qualifications:
- First and foremost, we need you to be self-motivated and driven for the opportunity.
- Proven experience in business development is required.
- Strong understanding of recruitment industry trends and client needs would be desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, specifically Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team for a growing start-up organisation.
