Manage risks to the operations of the bank. Conduct objective, fair, thorough, unbiased, and timely investigations into allegations of account takeover, friendly fraud, theft, and other risks.

Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments and deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks. Handles payroll management and benefits, tracking cash flow and financial planning.

Manages a team of employees to achieve company and account goals, apply policies correctly, and meet individual and team performance. Assist in operational functions by communicating with different departments, sending reports daily, performing Team Leader tasks or similar role.

Provide general customer service skills in billing, payments, credits, and reversal adjustments. Provide sales information, service support, and offers product upgrades. Troubleshoot technical concerns including customer setup, identifying and resolve spyware and virus-infected computers, and basic networking.
