• Communicating with candidates through calls and emails, scheduling, and coordinating interviews and the onboarding process • Handling monthly payroll process and managing compensation-related activities. • Ensure smoother daily functioning by supervising and maintaining the daily attendance of employees via Realand Attendance Management System. • Overseeing employee disciplinary procedures, addressing absenteeism, fingerprint matters, overtime conflicts, and handling performance issues. • Coordinating the performance evaluation process. • Arranging and organizing employee welfare and employee engagement activities. • Engage with meetings related to customer relations and conflicts. • Accountably organizing the HR personal files and employee documentation. • Assisting employees with EPF (Employee Provident Fund)/ETF (Employee Trust Fund) issues and managing labor relations and other administrative work. • Planning for employee gratuities and termination benefits not limited to arranging final payments and service letters. • Providing required information/reports to the head of accounts for audit and analysis purposes.
