Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to express my interest in the Respiratory Therapist position you may have at your hospital. With a strong background in respiratory therapy and a genuine passion for patient care, I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to your esteemed healthcare team.
Having 14+ years of respiratory therapy experience under my belt, including management experience, I have developed a solid foundation in providing comprehensive respiratory care to patients of all ages. My clinical experience, combined with my certification as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), has equipped me with the skills necessary to assess, treat, and educate patients with various respiratory conditions. It has also developed me as a leader as I have demonstrated in my previous work at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital, where I was a Supervisor and the leader in the respiratory department to implement policies and procedures to open a previously non-existent pediatric ICU. At Kennestone, I’ve also honed my skills working in the different ICUs and Emergency Department.
During my role at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, I had the privilege of working in diverse clinical settings, including Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, the Critical Transport Team, and especially the Emergency Department. This exposure has honed my ability to adapt to challenging environments and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. I am adept at performing diagnostic tests, administering therapeutic treatments, and implementing ventilator management strategies with precision and quality.
One of my greatest strengths is my commitment to quality of patient care with compassion. I see every patient as if they might by one of my family members and treat every patient with compassion and provide the best care possible. I am eager to leverage my knowledge and skills to enhance the quality of care provided at your hospital and contribute to its reputation for excellence in patient-centered healthcare.
I am particularly drawn to the opportunity to work at your hospital due to its reputation for delivering exceptional respiratory care and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. I am confident that my dedication to excellence, coupled with my compassionate approach to patient care, aligns well with the values upheld by your institution.
Thank you for considering my application. I am enthusiastic about the possibility of joining your team and making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients. I am available at your earliest convenience for an interview and can be reached at my phone number and e-mail address provided above.

Warm regards,
Mohammed Suker
