In my current role as Office Manager at E-Motion International FZ LLC, I successfully managed a variety of administrative functions that are critical to running a smooth and efficient office. My responsibilities included overseeing office supplies, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, office maintenance & repairs. Handling permit, Trade License, DEWA, phone and internet applications, Applying driver’s license, car registration, car rental, flight booking and hotel accommodations. Manage & recording data files.
My HR functions such as recruiting new team for the project related, onboarding process, visa & Insurance applications, managing payroll and settlement, updating attendance sheet, leave applications, execute office rules and policies, creating memos and handling confidential information. Updating company shareholders in UBO and ESR notification.
As Finance officer I am responsible for accounts receivable & payable, manage budgets and cashflow, create quote, LPO, invoices and credit note, quarter VAT filling, corporate tax, paying monthly bills such as utilities, recording employee expenses, record transactions and reconcile accounts in Zoho books and submitting monthly reports to GM. Cash handling and cheque preparation.
As Project Management I am responsible to update & maintain the details of our client in Zoho CRM, validating the contract and tenders, creating registration in client’s supplier portal, maintaining suppliers list keep track on KPI. Applying shooting permits and event registration. project schedules, implementation and client submission.
I also played a key role in implementing new office policies that increased efficiency and reduced costs for the company. I’ve made sure to have a strong & positive environment with my team and other departments.
My strong organizational skills, coupled with my ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, make me an ideal candidate for this role. I am proficient in various office software, including Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools like Zoho CRM, Zoho books, SAP, SAP time management for team schedules, greytHR, AXS for license and visa applications. My proactive approach to problem-solving and my excellent communication skills ensure that I can handle any challenge that comes my way.
