After finishing school, I completed a six-month Graphic Design certificate course at NAITA and two ICT Certificate and Diploma courses.
My career began as a Junior Programme Assistant at Metropolitan Campus KDU, where I developed skills in Graphic Design, Event Coordination, Microsoft Office, Teamwork, Multi-Tasking, Time Management, Target Achievement, Administration, Document Controlling, Receptionist Duties, and Marketing.
Seeking to improve my Hindi and advance my career, I joined Konnect BPO Technologies as a Customer Care Executive, enhancing my abilities in Hard Work, Teamwork, Problem-Solving, and Customer Service.
Later, I worked at LMR HUB as a Customer Service Executive, further honing my marketing skills. In both roles, I interacted with Indian clients and colleagues, which improved my Hindi proficiency and skills in Time Management, Multi-Tasking, Problem-Solving, Customer Satisfaction and Service, Teamwork, Communication and Target Achievement.
