Heading 3 different entities of the brand, a Holistic Clinic, a Lifestyle Restaurant and a Wellness Retreat Spa. Working to propel the brand's image through consistent planning and strategy, from overseeing the development of brand collateral to developing internal and external communications and marketing strategies. Developing annual marketing plan for all 3 different verticals, which details activities to follow during the year, that focus on meeting organizational objectives. Establishing and interpreting key performance indicators to manage the business, consistently taking into account financial implications of decisions and recommendations. Provide strategic counsel to leadership teams and key stakeholders and advise them on communications strategy to internal and external audiences. Drive the conception, design, resourcing, implementation and measurement marketing programs. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines across 3 verticals. Lead on creating and maintaining appropriate and consistent language along with terminology across all digital platforms. Ensuring partnership with external stakeholders and brands for collaboration for greater visibility and revenue generation. Liaise with the agencies, external suppliers, freelancers & in house graphic designers for the implementation of ATL and BTL marketing campaigns. Executing cross promotional and loyalty programs to retain and enhance customer experience thereby increasing brand retention.
