I previously served as a Management Staff member in the Recruitment and Evaluation division of the Human Resource Management Office at the University of Santo Tomas-Legazpi. In this role, I managed the entire recruitment process, from initial evaluations to contract handling, and was responsible for drafting essential HR documents. I provided support to new hires and promoted employees during their orientation, coordinated internship programs, and prepared various reports for management. Additionally, I played a key role in employee transitions, such as retirements and promotions, while also focusing on enhancing the candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
I worked on encoding equipment files with TaxCom software, promoted Apple devices to schools for the iStore project, drafted important memoranda and documents, and helped with the ISO accreditation process while also serving as an internal auditor.
