Order Management • Support the Manager with order raising and processing within the PO/PI system for product orders. • Track multiple orders to make sure all Pos/PIs are created and sent to related parties (Supply chain & Ops team) on time. • Assisting with reconciling system data with out-of-system tools (e.g., excel based sheet) Export LC Management • Managing the complete lifecycle of Export Letter of Credit – Checking the incoming LC for its workability, seeking amendments, preparation of documents in compliance with terms and conditions of LC and applicable Rules, Negotiation, Discrepancy management, follow-up with Banks at various stages till final settlement and accounting. • Create shipping documents as per LC/customer requirements. • Track the shipment and provide our customer with live updates. • SABER/NAFEZA support for customers to ensure shipment are dispatched immediately. • Preparation of various reports relating to Cash Position, Cash flow forecast, LCs, Guarantees, Bank borrowings etc. Preparing schedules for Interim and Final Audit and attending to queries raised by external auditors and resolving them to their satisfaction.
